We are hiring 10–20 professionals for our first community in Dommasandra. If you are tired of logging into an app and hoping, this is a different arrangement.

Runly Professional
Errands, deliveries and pickups, housekeeping or a hand with the heavy things — inside one community, within walking distance of home.
A rostered shift at a fixed hourly rate, and you are paid for every rostered hour — whether or not a booking comes in. If nobody books, that is our problem to solve, not yours to absorb.
You will need a smartphone, an address in or near the community you serve, and to pass the same checks everyone does.
Community Coordinator
One named person inside the community — the number a resident actually calls when something needs sorting.
You hold the roster, the float and the escalations, and you decide when a job is refused. Rostered shift, fixed hourly rate, paid for every rostered hour.
You will need to live in or beside the community, to be reachable on a phone through your shift, and to pass the same checks everyone does.
No joining fee. No deposit. No onboarding charge. Anyone asking you for money to join Runly is not from Runly.

In Kannada, Hindi or English, whichever you prefer.
We meet in person
With the coordinator you would actually work alongside, in the community itself.
The checks
Police verification, address verification, two references called, and an interview in person. We pay for all of it.
A first shift
Alongside someone experienced, before you take bookings on your own.
Because the alternative does not work.
The usual arrangement asks a driver to buy a vehicle, service the loan, buy the fuel, and absorb every empty hour. Then it calls that flexibility.
We would rather carry those costs and ask for reliability in return. It is more expensive for us and considerably better for the household on the other end.
